Having obtained my diploma in Counseling Psychology at McGill University in Montreal in 2012 as well as that of Psychologist at the University of Lausanne in 2013, I had the opportunity to work in Canada, Ecuador and Switzerland with different populations and various contexts in the field of psychological counseling and training.

With a systemic and integrative orientation, I use a resource-centered approach encouraging individuals to find meaning in their lives, to discover their creative potential and to find the answers to their own questions in a non-judgmental environment. I also work as a body expression teacher (DanceFlow) and like to use the multiple benefits of nature as an element of well-being.

I offer in-office consultations in Lausanne, walking in Nature in the Lausanne region or online for the following thematics:
